Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Area

We currently supply customers within the United Kingdom only; orders cannot be accepted on this website for delivery outside the UK.  If you require international delivery, please email your enquiry to sales@pengrill.co.uk.

 

Dispatch Times

Orders for stock items are normally dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of cleared payment.  Dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on stock levels and demand.

Pallet Quantities

Lead times for pallet quantities and larger orders may vary.  Customers should contact us before ordering if delivery deadlines are critical.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown during the checkout process and form part of the total order value.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.  Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Claims should be submitted by email to:sales@pengrill.co.uk and supporting photographs should be provided wherever possible.

 

Damaged Goods

Where goods are confirmed as damaged during transit, we may replace the goods or issue a refund at our discretion.

Returns

As Pengrill products are supplied on a business-to-business basis, returns are not accepted unless:

  • Goods were damaged during transit; or

  • Goods supplied were incorrect.

 

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customer ordering errors;

  • Surplus stock;

  • Goods no longer required;

  • Change of mind.

Return Authorisation

No goods may be returned without prior written authorisation from PENROC.  Unauthorised returns may be refused.
